This is the first year I didn't get it together to get everyone flu shots. And although it's not the flu, we have been sick since October. I'm sure all our resistance is used up and the flu will knock us on our collective asses. (We are making weekly trips to the ped... not up to daily yet, but we're getting close.)
Two years ago I spent several hours at a nighttime pediatrics joint on Dec. 23 waiting to have Q treated for pink eye. That was fun.
Yup, I totally hear you. We're there all the time too. A nasty virus, two ear infections, and a bronchitis later, I think we're close to done.
PS How's the injury? Hope you recover soon (and Christmas isn't cancelled).
