Alzheimer Grandma holds an eight day old baby Eli(1)

1) So February 2005, right after her Alzheimer's diagnosis. It's amazing how much they've both changed in four years.

*sigh* I was going to say what Stimey said. All those things we thought would never apply to us actually do . . .

How are your kids doing with the Alzhiemer's Grandma situation? Are they a bit young to really get it?

Not even close to mostly wordless or Wednesday. I think that might be a new record for you.

I hope Grandma is doing better? You've been in my prayers.

My kids were incredibly gentle and patient with both of my Alzheimer's Grandmas. It amazed and humbled me...
